Command Generation should not rely on relative this inserts, but targeted this inserts. #63
Description
Command Generation should not rely on relative this inserts, but targeted this inserts. This would make the tests easier and you can't forget to resolve relative this inserts in the ast visitor. Targeted this inserts should then be resolved after the placement without beeing resolved to relative this inserts first.
This is also good, because it opens up the possibility to change or remove relative this inserts as discussed in #35.
