Redo relative this inserts

As discussed in #35 this inserts should be changed to get rid of the internal/generated by flag. A way better version of inserts could look like ${here + 3,2}. The fist Integer defines the relative cainparts/statements (should variable declarations count) and the second one the chainpart of that statement. This way you can reference any chainlink of a chainpart.
Each chainlink would need a reference to it's chainpart to allow for resolution, but the internal flag would no longer be required.
