Facing an error in the line 97.
error: a label can only be part of a statement and a declaration is not a statement.

error: 'usr' undeclared (first use in this function); did you mean 'user'?

Actually in c language we have to write declaration statement first
so whichever you declare in case 2:
you have to declare it before any action is done
or simply we have to declare it at the top of the main function
