Forgot to mention that i'm using hub mini matter. I got the thermostat in the homey now after 20 tries but the status of temperature is not syncing from the hub to homey. I can change the temperature in homey but when the value is right, it only says so in the switchbot app and there it doesn't say that I increased the temperature.

The EAI_AGAIN error means a DNS lookup error. That points to an issue with Homey or the network.
