Can’t add devices via hub to homey

Can’t add devices anymore keep seeing some error log/ metadata when trying to add devices. Trying with HUB contact sensor option

Could you provide the error that you see?
Maybe send the log from the application settings page.

Without seeing the full log I don't stand much chance of seeing where it has gone wrong. The app has over 20000 users and this is the first time I have seen anything like this error, so only having a small section doesn't help.
To put your mind at rest, none of the information is a security risk as it means nothing without your login credentials and that's not included as they are only entered on the SwitchBot site.

Think this is the full one unselected the logs before trying it and sending it before so the top of the log 19:43 should be when I tried to add a device

For the moment trying to add a contact sensor

I tried to add a radiator thermostat there I don’t get this error but I get invalid client secret. FYI just pressed this but don’t have actual unknown radiator thermostats

If I add for example a ventilator (last one) I get same error. Same with hub 3 (also don’t have any of these devices)
Just to check the credentials I upped the temperature from
One of the devices I have connect in homey to 20degrees and in switchbot app it follows. So their is authentication between the two

Hi andy Rock, I was wondering f you had more info around this? i'm still getting the very long error trying to add the 2 sensors via the HUB. would it be possible their are too many devices on the hub?

Could you try the new test version.
The log shows you are getting an Invalid response code but doesn't show what the code is, so I have added that to the diagnostics report. If I can see what the code is I can hopefully find a solution.

It's a new test version 2.0.66
Find the app in the app store and then add test to the end of the url
