As described in the issue title, when playing a Vivify modchart using a resolution scale from the ingame settings menu higher than 1.0 causes very noticeable lag.
As far as I'm concerned, this is not lag due to the PC not being able to keep up, but I may be proven wrong. I have tested this using the ingame resolution scale and the resolution scaling in the Oculus PC app on Quest 3.

With an ingame resolution scale on 1.0 and 1.0 on Oculus, I get a very stable 90 FPS on the map "you", with basically no drops and a lot of performance headroom shown in the Oculus Debug Tool performance graph, constantly above 30.
With the same setup, increasing the ingame resolution scaling option to just 1.1 destroyed my performance, now rarely hitting over 70 FPS on the same map (same 1.0 resolution scale on Oculus).
This doesn't seem to get much worse when increasing the resolution scale over 1.1, most of the lag seems to come from the step from 1.0 to 1.1.

I've done a different test, by leaving the ingame resolution scale at 1.0, and increasing the one in the Oculus app, and that caused much much less lag, despite the resolution being super high, the map remained playable, rarely dropping from 90 FPS.

I'm on 1.39.1
My PC has an i5 13500 and an RX 6800 16gb GPU
