Invalid History File Handling #28
Description
Add support for identifying and filtering out invalid/corrupt history files from the model output directory. This increases the flexibility of GenTS to run on model output that is incomplete or suffering from partial IO errors (possibly caused by a crash or unexpected interrupt).
