Pixiv 增强 image dimensions don't appear if tab is loaded in the background

If a Pixiv artwork page is opened in the background, the image dimension overlay on the top right of the images sometimes doesn't appear.

I can trigger this bug by opening a new tab in the background, or reloading a background tab. I don't get this bug when reloading a focused tab.
