Large number of deprecation warnings

This game has a large number of deprecation warnings in console. Here are some examples:

Texture "examobs_meat.png^[colorize:#544b30aa" of examobs:poop has transparency, assuming use_texture_alpha = "clip".

Reading initial object properties directly from an entity definition is deprecated, move it to the 'initial_properties' table instead. (Property 'physical' in entity 'default:wielditem')

Each of these warnings usually affects multiple items or entities

how? i just fixed all of them, was about 200 last time

what is the idea of the initial_properties table?
i mean you can register properties with and without it, except you can access properties from the table itself when you register them through it?
