Hacker Chat Warning Prefix #60
Description
Give hackers a prefix in chat just like in the tab list
The icon should be between the rank and username OR after the username so that the formatting is aligned with normal players' messages since in MW there can be 4 tags and a prefix at the start of the line would make it ugly and unaligned with other messages.
