Hacker detecor doesn't work

Hi I use this with my Curseforge Modpack. I activatet the hacker detector then saw like 5 different cheater. All of them with scaffold and a full Autoblock but strangly the Hacker detector said nothing. Then I tested it on a hvh server still no flags. Could anyone pls help me?
