I installed the required module and then installed the custom mods. When i go to rust server page i see nothing new.

If you do not enable/configure the custom mods for that specific game in the game config, then nothing will show up.

You will need to go to the game config (System > Settings > Game & Other Voice Servers > Select game) and click "Custom Mods" in the sidebar.
