libgl error

Hello, I have been using batocera plus and it is very good recently I am doing tests with windows games and I get the following error, you know what it can be, when verifying if the files exist.

libGL error: MESA-LOADER: failed to open iris (search path /libs/dri)

After moving to some settings I was able to get that message to stop but now I get the following ......

Try to activate the driver, edit the file:
/boot/batocera-boot.conf
Remove the # from the line
intel-i965-driver=true
Save the file and restart your computer, if you are unable to save the file run the script "Enable WRITE Support.plus"
