The system will not accept a duplicate account if all information is exactly the same but changing the account number bypasses this. Mamo told another group that accounts with duplicate names should never be allowed.
Note: The system does not display an error message when testing duplicate accounts in the case that all information is duplicated. It just doesn't do anything when you click the submit button, it should have an error.
