[BUG] Bug Report window doesn't stop other inputs

Describe the bug
If you want to report a bug, from the title screen, the game still react to you as you type.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the game, on the title screen press F12 then type "bug"
2. Type a message, S and E navigates through the menu.

Expected behavior
I expect that I can type freely, without worrying.

Additional context
Weirdly the bug window is very pixelated. This is probably low-priority.
