Create a asl-check-configuration script

          This script has me thinking that we could also add a `asl-check-configuration` script that would check things like "do you have network connectivity", "has your node successfully registered", "did the HTTP registration work or do we need to switch to IAX registration", "do your AMI and Allmon3 secrets match", etc.
