How to test on my own data

Hi, I'm really interested in your work! I want to try it on my own data (.png /.tif format). I noticed that your input data should be in .txt files. Would you please share a method to convert my png/tif data to txt files? Thanks!

Hi @Angelelily ! I'm very sorry that I took so long to reply to this issue. I was not watching this repository closely.

To answer your question, I did this manually using the NueuronJ plugin in ImageJ - it allows you to trace paths along contours in an image. You can also do this via automated edge detection methods, for example the trainable Weka segmentation plugin (also available in ImageJ). The choice of method here would depend on the difficulty in segmenting your image...
