Refactor host application integration patterns

All the VertexDEM, PLink, CSConvert, JoeCoordSys, MyAttr, VectorPoint, NNGrid, CurVert, TerraGridder, etc classes and functionality should be implementable using an opaque callback or subclass system so any host tooling can do similar things.
