Markdown auto open chapter 2+

Add a new setting "Auto open chapter 2+"
When markdown open, duplicate same settings of if it open or let chapter be closed
And update it to match 2+ only

This way chapter Tier 1 stay opend by default,
and you open only chapter 2+ when needed
