Add UUID for reconnection #3

thoses things need to be added for weighted-role-section :

  • Implement a method to assign a UUID to each client upon connection.
  • Store the UUID and associated player data persistently.
  • Validate the UUID upon client reconnection and restore game state.
  • Ensure the mechanism is triggered upon disconnections.
