Improve Clarity of Macroeconomic Output Graph #4

@gkalomalos

Description

@gkalomalos

Description:
The current macroeconomic output graph lacks clarity, particularly regarding the y-axis, which represents the percentual change in the selected variable. Additionally, it should be made clear that differences in climate change impacts across years are based on probabilistic scenarios, not deterministic projections for specific years.

To improve interpretability and usability:

  • Clarify axis labels.
  • Provide interactive tooltips and contextual explanations.
  • Offer supplementary information in a dedicated panel.

Proposed Enhancements:

  • Add descriptive x-axis/y-axis labels, especially clarifying the y-axis as "Percent Change (%)".
  • Add on-click/on-hover tooltips to the graph with explanations about the probabilistic nature of the data.
  • Add a "Result Details" column to the right of the graph (similar to the Economic & Non-Economic tabs) that provides expanded context.
  • Test the updated graph and UI for correctness and consistency.
  • Apply minor updates to the documentation reflecting the new visual elements and explanation.

Post-fix distribution tasks (standard):

  • Rebuild the application (.zip, .7z, .rar, and .exe formats)
  • Distribute updated builds and update the repository accordingly
