Chart Does Not Always Update on Changing Macroeconomic Parameters

Describe the bug
When changing macroeconomic parameters and clicking "PLOT," the displayed chart does not always refresh or update accordingly. This leads to confusion as the user might believe the parameters were applied while the chart remains unchanged. The issue may be data-related (e.g., inconsistencies in cred_output.xlsx), but further investigation is needed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the "Macroeconomic Output" section.

1. Change one or more macroeconomic parameters.
2. Click on "PLOT".
3. Observe that the chart sometimes does not update visually.

Expected behavior
The chart should always reflect the newly selected macroeconomic parameters after clicking "PLOT".

Task Breakdown:

• Check the cred_output.xlsx file for stale or unchanged data across parameter updates.
• Debug the chart update logic to confirm that it is triggered properly and bound to updated data.
• Test the full flow with multiple parameter combinations to verify correct chart behavior.
• Apply documentation updates if any changes to behavior or usage are required.

• Rebuild the application (.zip, .7z, .rar, and .exe formats)
• Distribute updated builds and update the repository accordingly

Issue seems to be related from similar data on cred_output.xlsx file, resulting to visually no changes in charts. We need the updated cred_output.xlsx file with the appropriate data and then test again.
