Biospecimen CSV fail

Wondering if the issue is that all four CSV's combined total over 100,000 lines. Only going to get bigger and the biospecimen team still needs them

We can try extending the deadline if possible or batching the analyses.. but yeah we might need to rethink this report a bit to make it scale. Happy to take a talk through it later this week..

Oh, thank you! I just opened this as my own way to keep track on all the reports failing. Sorry, I didn't think you were alerted whenever I opened one!

But yes I'd love to go over any options. I did consider splitting it up into one R script per file, but eventually those files alone will reach that number. And there's dependencies so the same code would have to be repeatedly run if we went that route
