Inaccurate connectivity direct line rendering for nodes near to the centerline.

For some neuron populations such as splen-5 in rat and pig, neuron connectivities are incorrectly rendered when direct lines are drawn between nodes. In splen-5, it seems that these nodes are identified as being connected to the centerline connecting the splenic_branching_point and the celiac ganglion - superior mesenteric ganglion complex (Figure 1).

In order to get the correct results (Fig 2), I play around with variable max_score at:
https://github.com/AnatomicMaps/flatmap-maker/blob/bd2c951a6cab85c26afb9b5b3098769b493f98d9/mapmaker/routing/__init__.py#L881C15-L881C15
but I believe this is not an appropriate approach.
