P3D parameter #27
Description
Setting the parameter P3D to False in function run_mapping() (EMMA mapping) produces an error:
Error in all.scores[, i] <- scores :
number of items to replace is not a multiple of replacement length
I am working on MacOS (Mojave) with R v3.6.1, cegwas2 v0.0.1, rrblup v4.6.
