test substrate_comments output for makeSpSheet

We need to test substrate_comments output for the makeSpSheet function b/c it may not handle cases where substrate_notes and substrate_other have complex entries.

 substrate_comments = glue::glue("{substrate_notes}{substrate_other}", .na = "", .sep = ",")
