add second criterion for calculation with a loading factor

In the laminate area, append Failure Criterion 2 after Failure Criterion.
Also add a scaling factor as percentage so that Failure1 is calculated at full loads (Ultimate Load for fiber), while Failure2 is calculated at e.g 66.66% loads (Limit Load for matrix)
Reason is to calculate simultaneously two failure criterions instead of duplicating data for different failure criterions with different load level.
Afterwards the FailureCriteria2, RFmin2 and FailureType2 should be appended to the calculation section.
Also a separate interaction criterion button (true/false) might be needed to specify if the two failure criterions should be calculated independent at the ply level, or if there should be an interaction between fiber and matrix failure (e.g. first fiber failure, second fiber failure)
