Add ability to do NN based hyperlinks

In this issue nycmeshnet/meshdb#308, we have a use case where we know the NN but don't really want to create a 10.69 IP for it.

Currently the UI only supports IP-based inputs E.g. http://node-explorer.andrew.mesh/explorer?router=10.69.5.11

We should allow NN based links. e.g. http://node-explorer.andrew.mesh/explorer?router=511
