Intent of packaging to Debian, so asking for license for this git repo

I'm going to package this git repo to Debian, so here I want to ask is it possible to license this data repo same as flashtool, GPL-3?

since debian bullseye will freeze soon, I want to include this into it.
so could you kindly help to add the license for this project?
I don't care about binary, only source file need to be licensed under open license, such as GPL-3.

BTW. I already identified all binary files as listed below. They're not going into debian archive:
*.sin
*.tar
*.ko
/blu/files/bootwrite_
/blu/files/fixPart
busybox
root/iovyroot
