unable to "reconfigure storage"

i have encountered a bug in the most recent version of Pathfinder (1.37.1) which prevents any storage from being usable for resources.

clicking the button to "reconfigure storage" doesn't do anything noticeable. i am assuming that this is not supposed to happen, but i might be missing something obvious.

the versions of the dependencies of Pathfinder upon my encounter of the issue are the following :

Kerbal Space Program 1.12.2 (it is a pretty important dependency)

Module Manager 4.2.1
Kerbal Attachment System 1.9
Kerbal Inventory System 1.28

feel free to ask for more information if recreating or finding the issue is an issue in itself

i have noticed a similar problem within other parts, like the Mule MLM's "Toggle Inflation" and "Next/Prev Type" doing the same as "Reconfigure Storage" here.
