allow bookmarklet to handle HTTPS

Right now, if you're logged into Goodreads, WorldCat, etc, you can't access the bookmarklet JS, because browser security settings don't like to retrieve things over HTTP when they're already in HTTPS. 

I'm not quite sure how to handle this. Does it mean that I have to get an SSL certificate for jonreeve.com?
