Hide Save Button When Comment Text is Cleared

When editing a comment on a blog post, the save button should be hidden if the user clears all the text in the comment field to improve user experience. But it's still visible and empty the comment can be saved.

I can fix this issue by hiding the save button when there are zero characters on the editing input box.
