Production rate of miners are shown wrong

Issue

Certain but not all Mk2 miners sitting on a Pure node show 60 instead of 240 parts per minute.

Replication

No specific steps required, I just loaded the save into SCIM.

Actual Result

Shown below are three pure coal nodes in the neighborhood of coords: -113,616/-50,450

The issue only affects SCIM. In-game miner production rates are shown correctly.

Expected Result

I expect miner production rates to be shown correctly. Pure node with Mk2 miner should yield 240.
