[Bug]: Webdav 无法上传图书 #796

Describe the bug|描述问题
epub版本电子书能拖入app中，但是无法上传，webdav端未见上传。
webdav使用的是：数据胶囊
To reproduce|重现步骤
纯血鸿蒙端也无法上传。
Expected behavior|预期行为
正在阅读的图书上传下载均正常
