Description
This must actually be of high priority because, inappropriate coding practices can cause us a great deal of harm in the future. The classes NeuralNetwork, Neuron and ConstructNetwork are highly interdependent. Rather than being treated as functional we must treat them as data-storage and management units. In future releases, objects from these classes can be encapsulated by creating another class, specifically meant for that task.
