no public key token after signing an assembly

I tried to use this tool to sign a couple of existing assembly

First I generated a key:

dotnet-signtool sn create-key keyfile.snk

the I signed the assemblies, like this.

dotnet-signtool sn sign keyfile.snk MyAssembly.dll test.dll

In Dotpeek I can see that the output assemblies don't have any public key token.

What can be the reason?

Can you please try to use the public key after exporting it?

using the public key returns the following error:

ERROR: Not a public/private key pair

Edit The delay sign option made work. The assembly has a public key afterwards

I checked singing with the latest version, but could not reproduce the issue. I noticed that, when opening the unsigned and signed assembly in dotPeek (in same Instance), the Program did cache somehow the output and showed it wrong.
Opening an assembly, which was signed by the signing tool, in a new dotPeek instance showed me the correct result.
I verified this using ildasm also - the publicKey is correctly shown in the dump.
