Error with namespace of cli after call of rhino::test_r()

After running rhino::test_r() (without any test yet), an error occurred

Error: 'ansi_hyperlink_types' is not an exported object from 'namespace:cli'

What helped me is updating cli to the latest version [3.3.0 -> 3.4.1]

renv::install("cli")
renv::snapshot("cli")

And then restart R to load the new version of library 🥳
