Toontown Central:
- Playground:
- Replace the current Toontown Central with the beta version and increase it in size
- Change the tunnels locations to the streets from direct links between playgrounds.
- Add all modern fixtures of TTC except for the Party Hat
- Make all building interiors unique to that building
- Streets:
- Add alleyways & shortcuts to other streets
- Make all building interiors unique to that building
- Playground:
-
Toontown Stadium:
- Merge the party mini-games, Mini-Golf, and Racing into one, giant area similarly to how Goofy's Stadium was originally supposed to be.
- Around the edges of the Stadium, put the Race Track Pads and the Golf Carts
- Tunnels to indicate where the activities will be held.
- In the middle of the playground, there should be a beanstalk coming through the middle of the Shop with vines you can jump onto and do 3D Jungle Vines to get to the top.
- You should be able to earn Jellybeans by doing anything in Toontown Stadium
- In the shop in the center of the playground where you can buy, Karts, Golf Clubs, Golf Balls, cannons, etc. with color variations for customization.
- Add Tug-O-War minigame from parties to play against a friendly Cog whom flies down and challenges you to a game of Tug-O-War before leaving after you're done.
- Around the playground, add cannons to bounce off of the low-hanging clouds.
- When you land on the ground, you shouldn't be interrupted by a pop-up GUI, instead we should replace it with the Jellybean Jar Icon and a counter counting the amount of Jellybeans Earned
- When you're doing an activity, wind should affect you.
- Make Racing's physics function more like Mario Kart
- Each Mini-game has its own designated area that’s colored in its own set of colors. (Including Blizzard Boulevard)
- In the Racing Area, there are two sections: the usual layouts for races on the sides plus more and another area for Street Racing.
- In the center of the designated area for racing, there is a Kart Shop where you can buy a Kart, color, and accessories for the Kart
- In the Golfing Area, there is another split one that gives you Mini-Golf and the other gives you actual Golf.
- In the center of the two areas, there is a shop where you would buy golf clubs with different perks and different colored Golf Balls.
- Each Trophy you win in each mini-game, you can display at your estate within a Trophy Case which can be bought from the catalog.
- Make all building interiors unique to that building
-
Foggy Fjords:
- Remodel the playground so it leads out to sea.
- Flip the location of Foggy Fjords so it's on the other side of the map (where Toontown Stadium currently is)
- There should be a barrier where you swim so you don't swim out too far.
- The boat should be docked in one of the piers (for use at a later date).
- Make all building interiors unique to that building
-
Acorn Acres:
- Add a Gag Shop
- Add the Fishing Piers
- Add Clothing Store.
- Add street Tunnels.
- Cashew Circuit which leads to the Flowering Grove
- Almond Alley which leads to Foggy Fjords
- Butternut Boulevard which leads to the Misty Mountains
- Remove Mini-Golf Tunnel since that will be added into Toontown Stadium as an Activity.
- Add Butterflies and birds chirping in Acorn Acres
-
Flowering Grove:
- Add flowers that can be watered around Flowering Grove's playground and outside shop areas.
- Add more trees around the playground.
- Replace the daffodil with the giant flower in the middle of FG
-
Harmonious Haven:
- Have all instruments you step on play a noise from their corresponding instrument like they do in Toontown 2.0
-
Twilight Dreamland:
- Make the pillow walkable
- Add a tunnel onto the pillow that leads to Cashbot Headquarters
- Move the Fishing Pond to the right side of the playground (Facing away from the pillows)
- Add a piece of sidewalk turning left leading into the Pond Area.
- Place the other tunnel where the fishing docks are.
- On the opposite side of the sidewalk to the fishing area, add a tunnel that's blocked off.
-
Construction Zone Update:
- Design Wise, I think we should avoid the TTUU's CZ and go for the original look.
- The overall look should be unfinished. So, the NPCs for the Toon HQ, Gag Shop, etc. should be outside (Gag shop should have a pile of random gags behind the clerks.
- Parkour should be the main way to get around most of the playground and its streets to get to.
- Add ropes that you can climb on to get to the next streets or some of the buildings that you can also swing back and forth to jump to the next rope or to the next structure.
- Add unfinished and open pipes that you can go into and get side tasks from the people living in the sewer (like fallen construction worker)
- Make the treasures 3D Builder/Construction Hats that magically floats up and down (To differentiate from TTUU's treasure which are shovels.)
- The story line should revolve around building the buildings around the CZ's construction site.
- The story line should take place after Acorn Acres.
- The further you are in the task line, the more buildings that appear in the finished product and the more finished the playground is for you but not for those who haven't started the playground.
- The Quests should be to help build the playground.
- Use a new version of the concept for Construction Zone for this game’s Island because content...
- You’d have to swing around on ropes and do parkour to get around in the playground and occasionally the streets to have new ways to play and the Cogs on the street would have to fly over gaps that fall into a river.
- Whenever you’d fall down, you’d get teleported back up to the last platform because of an explanation that could be given: A safety mechanism that causes a black hole to open beneath you and teleport you back up to the last platform.
- In the playground, there would be a crane where you could climb up and then move the crane which has a rope in the crane and you’d be able to direct the crane to which platform you would need.
- There would also be NPC workers working around the playground. There would be two gag shop clerks outside because the gag shop is not built yet.
- There would be a piping area where your Toon could enter through a hole in the ground where you can find a massive Red Mole and regular mole problem that could be the center of a main story task or a side story task.
- Later in the taskline, this playground will be completed and turned into another playground.
-
Funny Farms:
- Instead of the street design, you could make Funny Farm open and have the task line revolve around one family and their farming needs including getting rid of Cogs, pulling wheat and corn and what not, etc.
- This area is wide open, basically a giant playground
- The taskline for this playground could be optional
- This playground should be home to Flippy's Family Estate which is where you'll use as your own Estate
More will be added and adjusted later on.
