Renaming winhttp.dll is not disabling the mod. #5

Title.
I installed the mod.
Things look fine on the Quest 3 (via cable link / SteamVR)
The issue I'm trying to resolve is that it's ignoring 95% of my controller inputs.
I tried to disable the mod to see if the issue was Cloudpunk specific, but renaming the winhttp.dll hasn't stopped QuestLink and/or SteamVR from trying to launch when I start Cloudpunk.

Edit:
I can get the game to launch and display normally after renaming, but it's still launching SteamVR.
I'm still having issues with controller inputs just not working right, but I think that's a Cloudpunk issue, not the VR mod.

I don't know. I reverified steam files, reinstalled the mod, controller issue seems resolves. Don't know what fixed it, but best to delete this post.
