Issue Summary
When sending input file with DM plan and missing binning and others it do not detect any error and start the pipeline which ends with an error
Steps to Reproduce
change the first line with range to (i.e. missing binning and others):
0 150 0.1
Expected Outcome
AstroAccelerate do not run and give the user and error of input files
Actual Outcome
AA crash with segfault
