Install freezes at first step

Hello there!
I'm trying to install AstroPrint on my OctoPrint setup from the Plugin Manager.
But each time I start the install, it gets stuck on the first step.
"Installing plugin "AstroPrint Cloud" from https://github.com/AstroPrint/OctoPrint-AstroPrint/archive/master.zip..."

I left it there for more than an hour, tried restarting the PI, the printer, nothing helps.
Any ideas, what should I try?

Look at the logs to see what might be happening. This is very likely an issue with your setup as the software hasn't changed lately and so far I have no other reports of this.
