Dark/Light mode switching for part of the users

Hey,

We have a forum on PHPBB 3.3.10, PHP version 8.1.22.
We are using the darkMode switcher, but for some users that are using our forum, website randomly switches between dark/light mode for no particular reason.

Are there any specific settings we should look at on our forum, that can be causing this type of an issue? The issue occurs on different browsers and for different users apparently too - for some it's often, for some extremely rare.

Please advise, looking forward for any help!

There is a cookie who store the choice dark / Light.
Changing the browser or Block cookie may be the source.

Thanks for quick reply on that!
We have requested affected users to:

• update their browsers;
• check on different browsers (and devices);
• ensure the cookies are enabled;
  All those actions were completed, yet the issue persists.
  We had the user record the issue while it's happening if it's of any help for you!
