The Genie Warlock isn't getting Wish as a 9th level Mystic Arcanum.

It's a known issue, there's a problem with how Mystic Arcanum works that limits our ability to add spells to it. For now we recommend using Additional Spells section to add Wish to your character.
Also abbreviation we use for Tasha's Cauldron of Everything is TCOE.
