[PHB24] Typos and Fixes

- [ ] - Some spells (e.g. Command) have bad formatting (likely due to bad interaction between `ul class="unstyled"` and `p class="indent"`). Reported by the user `@nothing9797` on Discord.
- [ ] - Mounts are broken due to empty cells in the table. Description must use references (needs testing first). Reported by the user `@carnagelp` on Discord.
