• - Insightful Fighting has multiple typos in its sheet description. [MISC] Errata - Sage Advice Compendium v2.7 + General Fixes #120
• - Maximilian's Earthen Grasp has "us" instead of "use" and is missing "to" in "to make a Strength check" part of the first sentence of the third paragraph. [XGtE] Typos and Fixes #315
• - Power Surge feature of War Magic Wizard subclass is poorly written. Doesn't clarify what you use surges for. (reported by PoshOtter#8692 on Discord) [XGtE] Typos and Fixes #315
• - Deft Strike benefit of One with the Blade feature of Kensei Monk subclass has a vague RAW writing, which creates an issue of interpreting how feature should be displayed on the sheet. Instead of current sheet description, it's preferable to change it to more "interpretation-neutral" version:
  When you hit a target with a kensei weapon, spend 1 ki to deal an extra damage equal to your Martial Arts die. [XGtE] Typos and Fixes #315
• - Enfeebling Arrow has a mistake in its sheet description: "until the start of its next turn", when feature should use "your next turn". (reported by ladysophie17 on Discord) [XGtE] Typos and Fixes #315

Inquisitive Rogue sheet description for Insightful Fighting:

Insightful Fighting (Bonus Action). Make an Insight check "agains" a creature you can see, "contected my" the target's Deception check. On a "succes" you can use your Sneak Attack against it, even if you don't have advantage, but not if you have disadvantage. (lasts 1 minute)
