Manual re-order does not "stick" #1428
Description
Happens on FireFox, not on Edge, no idea about chrome.
click pencil, drag an entry to another location (a few times if necessary, does not always follow), click check mark to save. Exit out of the list, when you re-open it does not come up. Looks like it does not save order correctly?
Working as a consultant in many different instances of the same website, with different customers and therefore different items. Would like to have the one I'm currently working in most to be near the top.
