Guest users can’t upload attachments #2887

Hi there,
I’m using the WP Job Manager plugin and experiencing an issue where guest users (not logged in) cannot upload PDF attachments via the job application form.
When trying to upload a .pdf file in Safari (macOS), the following error appears:
“You are not allowed to upload this file type.”
This only happens for non-logged-in users. When logged in (e.g., as an admin), the upload works without any issues. The file type is PDF, it’s already whitelisted via the upload_mimes filter.
