Scrolling with arrow keys causing items to overlap

Quite similiar to #176 (which should already be fixed by a PR from 2023 i guess) but this time items begin to overlap only after a certain point when scrolling with the arrow keys. They also become highlighted as if they would be selected but they aren't. Original reported with a screenshot here: 0x90d/videoduplicatefinder#628

This issue does not appear when scrolling with the mouse wheel.

I'm using version 11.1.1 and avalonia version 11.3.4
Recycling is disabled
