Problem Description

Bounding boxes for structures are not displaying correctly, specifically observed with Nether fortresses when using MiniHUD to visualize structure bounding boxes. Additionally, fortress mobs are not spawning within the fortress, which is unusual behavior.

Expected Behavior

1. Structure bounding boxes should be visible when the corresponding functionality is activated in MiniHUD, allowing users to clearly identify the boundaries of structures like Nether fortresses.
2. Fortress mobs (Blazes, Wither Skeletons) should spawn naturally within the fortress boundaries.

Current Behavior

1. Bounding boxes are not shown or are not visible for Nether fortresses when using MiniHUD, making it difficult to identify the boundaries of these structures.
2. Fortress mobs are not spawning within the fortress, which is unexpected behavior.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to a Nether fortress
2. Enable bounding box visualization in MiniHUD
3. Observe that the bounding boxes are not displayed correctly
4. Wait for mob spawning and notice that fortress mobs are not spawning
