Fix unwanted scroll to bottom in chat (Android)

On Android, after response generation complete, the view scroll to the bottom when "Updating world" appear, even when "Auto scroll" is disabled.

This happens on desktop also. I use brave/chrome. Sometimes the AI response is really long (I don't mind), so I'm scrolling up to read the response, and the auto-scroll is fighting me when it's doing the update world / generation of the choice options
